Three words. The whole model.

Every program, asset, and story Kuza ships connects to one of these. When you're writing, designing, or building for Kuza, ask: which pillar am I serving?

Learn

From REDI training to AskNia advisory and 2,800+ voice recordings from farmers — Kuza teaches what works in the village, not the textbook.

Connect

OneNetwork — digital + human

Grow

Yields, incomes, livelihoods

94% of our farmers grew more. 97% earned more. 155,000+ new jobs. 6.2M lives positively impacted — and we're aiming for 100 million by 2030.

The official boilerplate

If you're writing about Kuza, start here.

Kuza Biashara is a Kenyan social enterprise re-engineering rural food systems across Africa and South Asia. Through the REDI program, we train rural youth to become Agripreneurs — trusted community entrepreneurs who each support around 200 neighboring smallholder farmers with climate-smart advice, quality inputs, microloans, and market access. To date, 6,000 Agripreneurs support 1.2 million farmers across nine countries.
